Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://mobilephlebotomylakeland.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. ProHome Draws and Collections reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, ProHome Draws and Collections markets and arranges Mobile Phlebotomy, Phlebotomy Services, Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Onsite Drug Collection Services, Specialty Collection Kits. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://mobilephlebotomylakeland.com is the property of ProHome Draws and Collections or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ProHome Draws and Collections makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, ProHome Draws and Collections's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify ProHome Draws and Collections from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
